Chicken Tenders Parmesan
Ingredients
1.5 lbs. chicken tenderloins, trimmed
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 T Italian seasoning
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 T olive oil
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions
2.5 cups Ragu® Old World Traditional Sauce
Instructions
In large non-stick pan heat olive oil.
Place Panko breadcrumbs, seasonings and Parmesan cheese into a large resealable plastic bag.
Seal and shake to combine.
Add in chicken tenderloins, re-seal bag and shake until chicken is thoroughly coated with breadcrumb mixture.
Add chicken tenderloin pieces to hot pan, cook on each side 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
In small sauce pan, heat 2.5 cups Ragu® Old World Traditional Sauce on low heat.
Preheat oven to 375° degrees.
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place cooked pasta in bottom, add to that 2 cups of Ragu® Old World Traditional Sauce, combine.
Top with cooked chicken tenders andmozzarella cheese.
Spoon remaining Ragu® Old World Traditional Sauce on top of mozzarella.
Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Optional: Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
