Bacon & Swiss Quiche



                                    Bacon & Swiss Quiche



Ingredients :

2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup swiss cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1 1/2 - 2 cups cream or milk or combination of both
salt
pepper
pie crust

Instructions :

Press bacon and cheese into bottom of pie crust.  Beat the eggs, cream or cream and milk, and seasonings in a mixing bowl until blended.  Check seasonings.  Pour int6o pie crust.  Bake at 375 for 45 minutes to an hour, or until quiche has puffed and browned.
