Florentine Shrimp and Pasta in 5 minutes

2 boxes of frozen boil-in-bag creamed spinach
3 1⁄2 cups penne pasta
1 lb peeled, cleaned large shrimp
Pepper
Preparation:
Place a large pot of water on a high flame, sprinkle some salt and bring to boil. Add spinach pouches to the boiling water. Next you cook pasta as per the directions on the package. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and heat 1 Tbsp oil in it. Add shrimp and 1⁄8 tsp pepper and cook for 3 minutes, remove from heat. Now you scoop out 1⁄2 cup pasta cooking water and use it later to moisten your dish. Drain pasta and add spinach, shrimp and 1⁄8 tsp pepper; toss to mix, gradually adding reserved water if needed to moisten. Enjoy!!!
