Sweet-n-Spicy Nuts



INGREDIENTS

  • 3 c. raw almonds
  • 1/3 c. quinoa
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together almonds, quinoa, honey, egg white, cayenne, and ginger and season generously with salt.
  2. Pour mixture into prepared baking sheet and bake until toasted, about 12 to 15 minutes.
