Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips (or 1 to 2 pounds chicken tenders)
- 2/3 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 egg, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 450.
Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Combine Bisquick, cheese, garlic salt and paprika, set aside. Season chicken strips with a little garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken stips into egg; then coat in Bisquick mixture. Place on cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray.
Bake 12-14 minutes.

Preheat oven to 425ยบ F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.In a large skillet, cook ground beef and sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain well and return to skillet.Add pepperoni, flour, and 3 tsp Italian seasoning; stirring until blended. Stir in pasta sauce. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and spoon mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with 1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese.Unroll pizza crust and place on top of mozzarella cheese. Brush crust with olive oil and sprinkle with remaining teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
