- Bacon Avocado Fries
INGREDIENTS
- 3 avocados
- 12 thin strips of bacon
- 1/4 c. ranch dressing
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Slice avocados into equally sized wedges. Wrap each wedge in bacon, cutting the bacon if needed. Place the bacon-wrapped avocado wedges on a baking sheet, seam side-down.
- Bake 12-15 minutes, until the bacon is cooked through and crispy.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with ranch, if desired.
